Austin Benacquisto is Managing Director & COO at Tremper Capital Group, where he focuses on scaling the firm’s operations, supporting transaction execution, and driving broader production initiatives. He works across the deal lifecycle to ensure alignment between strategy, capital, and execution. Prior to joining TCG, Austin spent four years at Greystone, where he played a key role in building out the seniors housing team’s debt and equity capital markets platform. During that time, he was involved in the origination, sizing, and placement of more than $4.5 billion in transaction volume across a range of real estate assets. Austin also brings experience in acquisitions and asset management, where he evaluated opportunities and managed projects across multiple asset classes nationwide. His background across both the capital and ownership sides of the business gives him a well-rounded perspective on structuring deals and supporting clients through execution.
