Jonathan Propst is Managing Director & CFO at Tremper Capital Group, where he focuses on transaction execution, underwriting, and the firm’s strategic partnership initiatives. He plays a key role in evaluating opportunities, structuring deals, and ensuring alignment between sponsors and capital partners throughout the process. Jonathan brings nearly two decades of experience in commercial real estate lending, with a background rooted in agency underwriting and production. Prior to joining TCG, he spent over 13 years at Greystone, where he was actively involved in more than $6.5 billion of transaction volume across seniors housing and multifamily assets. Earlier in his career, Jonathan worked at Grandbridge Real Estate Capital as a seniors housing analyst and Fannie Mae DUS underwriter, and at MortgageRamp, a commercial due diligence and securitization firm. His experience spans underwriting, credit analysis, and transaction structuring, giving him a detailed, execution-focused perspective on how deals are evaluated and closed.
