Matt brings over 17 years of experience in the banking industry, with a background rooted in commercial real estate lending. Prior to joining TCG, he held senior roles at Greystone and Texas Capital Bank, where he helped grow production and led lending efforts across seniors housing and broader commercial real estate. Over the course of his career, he has been involved in billions of dollars in loan originations across a wide range of asset types and structures. His experience spans construction, interim, and permanent financing, as well as more complex structured transactions.
